3.) Experience design

Now we refine the experience.

  • Sneak peeks will be delivered within the next 24-hours

  • Full gallery delivery within 2-6 weeks depend on the package

    With a full day together, we get to slow down, explore multiple landscapes, chase the best light, visit hidden places off the tourist path, and experience your ceremony in a spot that feels sacred — not rushed.

    • Time to relax, breathe and fully enjoy the day

    • A mix of candid storytelling photos + stunning portraits

    • Food stops, and mini-adventures along the way; for example hiking or visiting the ice caves.

    • Flexibility around weather (huge in Iceland!)

    • A whole day that feels like a once-in-a-lifetime journey

    • Have a driver for the day who will be taking you to the lesser-known places in Iceland for full privacy.

  • 📸 Full-day storytelling coverage, with drone footage captured in permitted areas to showcase the epic scale of your day.

    Around 400-500 delivered images.

    ⏰ Picture delivery within 2 weeks by an online gallery that includes a slideshow. Full printing rights (your photos belong to you).

  • 🌍 A private driver to pick you up from your accommodation and drive to all the spots for the day and back to your accommodation.

From here on out, things get lighter:

I’ll prepare your booking agreement and invoice, and for that, I’ll just need the following from both of you:

The booking fee is 50% of the experience investment, which officially secures your date and ice cave tour. It allows me to begin designing everything around you and the full planning experience.
