Your Elopement Vision (As I Understand It)

From our call, your elopement feels centred on:

  • Creating a day that feels meaningful — not rushed or overproduced

  • Saying “I do” in the early morning, barefoot and tying the knot by handfasting.

  • Getting your wedding portraits taken in front of the all-mighty Skogafoss.

  • Or scratch that and make the day even more YOU.

That’s exactly how I approach elopements.

What you can expect from me:

You’re not just hiring someone to document your day.

You’ll have:

  • A local who knows Iceland’s landscapes, seasons, and rhythms

  • Someone thinking ahead about weather, safety, light, and logistics

  • Clear communication throughout the planning process

  • Space to ask questions, change your mind, and refine your vision

My role is to make your elopement feel calm, intentional, and fully supported — so you can focus on each other.

What happens after you book:

1.) Securing the core

We confirm:

• Ceremony location

• Officiant

Lisa delivers:

✔Plan A + Plan B weather strategy established.

✔This is where the day starts feeling real.

2.) Photo design

You complete:

✔ Elopement Photo Questionnaire. This will help Lisa to see what moments matter to you the most.

This is the calm-before-the-magic stage.

3.) Elopement week

Lisa monitors:

• Weather

• Road conditions

• Light conditions

We pivot if needed — strategically.

✔You arrive grounded.

✔Prepared.

✔Excited.

✔Ready to get married.

✔Fully focusing on your day.

4.) Picture delivery

  • Sneak peeks will be delivered within the next 24-hours

  • Full gallery delivery within 6 weeks.

  • 📸 1-hour photography coverage, covering the ceremony and portraits

    ⏰ Picture delivery within 6 weeks by an online gallery that includes a slideshow. Full printing rights (your photos belong to you).

You’ve already chosen to do this in a way that feels right for you.

I’ll prepare your contract and booking fee invoice, and for that, I’ll just need the following from both of you:

• You're both full names
• Your home address

The booking fee is 50% of the experience investment, which officially secures your date.
